SideWalks is the trading name of Sidewalk Trails Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14811403). References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to Sidewalk Trails Ltd.
Our self-guided walking trails operate via play.sidewalks.co.uk. By purchasing a gamecode you agree to these terms.
When you purchase a trail, you will receive a unique gamecode by email. This code is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and can be used once per team.
Gamecodes are non-transferable. If your code is lost or has not arrived, contact us at contact@sidewalks.co.uk and we will assist you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are available if a gamecode has not been activated. Once a game has been started, refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Our trails are self-guided and delivered via web browser. You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device and a working mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.
Trails are designed for use during daylight hours. Some routes pass through parks and gardens that close at dusk. We recommend planning accordingly.
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your group at all times. Please follow all road safety rules, respect private property, and be considerate of other people using public spaces.
Participation in our trails is at your own risk. Sidewalk Trails Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage or expense suffered by any participant during or arising from participation in a trail.
We do not accept liability for any failure of the trail platform due to circumstances outside our control, including loss of mobile connectivity, device failure, or third-party service outages. In such cases, we will endeavour to offer reasonable assistance.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
All content within our trails — including text, images, puzzles, audio narration and story materials — is the intellectual property of Sidewalk Trails Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any trail content without our prior written consent.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
